About Us
MMSO Consulting was founded by Steph, a Sales, Marketing and Operations specialist with extensive experience across hospitality, real estate, events, financial services and business leadership. Having held Director and Senior Management roles and successfully building her own company to a £1.69m turnover, Steph brings not just knowledge, but real, practical insight into what makes a business work from the inside out.
After becoming a mum, Steph redefined what success meant: building a fulfilling, balanced career that supported both her professional ambitions and her family life. This journey led to the strategic sale of her lettings business in 2021 and the launch of MMSO Consulting Limited in March 2023, a consultancy designed to help business owners achieve growth, clarity and operational strength while maintaining balance.
